German Chocolate Cake

AKA ”USA, A-OK!”  This super-moist cake is named after an 1850′s chocolatier in the USA named “German,” not for any historical Germans in particular.  (It is only speculation that he inspired Steampunk.)

You’ll dig the real chocolate flavor, moderate sweetness, tender crumb & velvety-smooth texture.  The coconut & toasted pecan filling is not to be believed.
