Heart Birthday Cake

I made this for my wife’s birthday.

Twins First Birthday Cake

Jerry Smith — Wed, 01 May 2013 05:07:06 +0000

Congratulations Liv & Emma, my sweet-sweet darling baby girls! Your mommy and daddy could not be more thrilled to have you starring in our lives.

Emma is symbolized by the golden monkey; Liv is the teddy bear. (Each is real cake with Gumpaste accents.) They each sit in front of their own, special “Smash Cake” – I was most delighted when the actual Liv & Emma dug into their individual smash cakes. So psyched they seem to love daddy’s Chocolate Pound Cake!

The Poker Chips consist of carved Rice Krispie Treats covered in Rolled Fondant and decorated with wee owls, bunnies, piggies & froggies instead of the traditional hearts, clubs, diamonds, etc.
